A Message for our Customers Regarding Delivery Delays
ABB continues to work diligently with our logistics and shipping partners to make every effort to ensure all orders are shipped from our distribution centers and delivered as quickly as possible. As a result of the lasting effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, millions are relying more heavily on online ordering, which has increased demand and strain on our shipping providers. This increased volume has directly impacted the delivery times of all carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), which services a majority of orders delivered directly to patients.
Due to this increased volume, we are temporarily requiring that packages be in the possession of USPS for at least 10 days before tracking requests be submitted. We recognize that this is an unfortunate result of many different factors, and encourage you to recommend USPS Informed Delivery service to your patients, which allows them to digitally preview mail and manage packages scheduled to arrive soon.
